Who handles your information

EcoCloud Consultants handle communications submitted through this website in their role as lead consultants for Saigeri Solar Energy. Contact info@ecocloudconsultants.co.ke for privacy questions or requests.

What is collected and why

Enquiries include your name, email address, organisation, topic and message. We record the submission time, consent notice version and correspondence so the team can respond and manage the conversation. Do not include sensitive personal documents in the message form. Staff account details, password hashes, security events and session records support authorised administration. Passwords are not stored in plain text.

Email and WhatsApp

When email delivery is configured, enquiry acknowledgements and replies are sent to you and notifications go to projects@ecocloudconsultants.co.ke. Configured email hosting processes those messages. WhatsApp opens an external service with its own privacy terms; the website does not automatically import WhatsApp conversations.

Access and retention

Authorised workspace users can review project enquiries. Administrators can remove conversations from this application. Copies already delivered to mailboxes and backups must be managed separately. Keep information only while needed for the enquiry, a resulting engagement, or an applicable retention obligation; review and remove closed enquiries regularly.

Your requests

You may ask EcoCloud about access, correction, deletion or other applicable data-protection rights, and withdraw your enquiry consent by contacting info@ecocloudconsultants.co.ke. Identity may need to be verified before a request is fulfilled. You may also raise concerns with Kenya’s Office of the Data Protection Commissioner.

Security and changes

The application restricts administration to signed-in users and protects stored passwords and sessions. No system is risk-free. Material changes to how information is used should be reflected in this notice before the new processing begins.
