Essential cookies

The administration area uses an HttpOnly session cookie called session to keep an authorised user signed in. It expires after eight hours or is invalidated when you sign out, reset your password or your access is revoked. The site does not currently set advertising or analytics cookies.

Browser storage

A local-storage preference records whether you dismissed the cookie notice. It contains no enquiry content. You may remove it using your browser’s site-data controls.

Your choices

You can block or delete cookies in your browser, although administration sign-in will then stop working. Optional tracking must be disclosed and an appropriate consent control added before it is enabled.

Website conversation access

The current browser tab uses session storage to remember a private website-chat access token. It expires after 24 hours and is removed when the tab session ends. This lets you read and send messages in your own conversation without access to the administration area.
